Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Annex Global Network Pty Ltd (“Annexray”, “we”) governing your use of the Annexray service. By creating an account or installing our tracking script you accept these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

You must provide accurate account information and be authorised to install Annexray on any website you connect.

Acceptable use

Use Annexray only on websites you own or are authorised to instrument. You must comply with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you and your visitors, including providing any notices your jurisdiction requires.

You may not use the service to collect data you are not entitled to collect, attempt to identify individuals from analytics data, interfere with the service's operation, or resell the service without our written agreement.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in USD via Stripe, monthly or yearly in advance. Prices and plan limits (such as site counts and data-history windows) are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data collected from your websites. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep Annexray fast and available but provide the service “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may modify features over time; where a change materially reduces the service you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your tracked data is deleted in line with our retention practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria.
