Who we are

Annexray is a visitor-intelligence service operated by Annex Global Network Pty Ltd (Melbourne, Australia). This policy covers both our own websites and the data our tracking script collects on behalf of our customers.

Data our tracking script collects

When a customer installs Annexray on their website, our script records: pages viewed (including single-page-app route changes), the referring site and UTM parameters, clicks and scroll depth, browser, operating system and device type, session timing, and whether the visitor has been seen before on that site.

The script does not use third-party cookies, does not track visitors across unrelated websites, and does not collect form contents, keystrokes, passwords, or payment details.

Data we hold about our customers

For account holders we store your email address, profile details you choose to add (name, job title, timezone, avatar), workspace and site configuration, and your product preferences (such as notification and sound settings).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; we hold only the subscription records Stripe provides.

Where data lives and how long we keep it

All visitor data is stored in Australia (Sydney region) with our infrastructure provider, Supabase. Visitor session data is retained according to the history window of the site owner's plan and is automatically deleted after that window passes.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights below).

How we use data

Visitor data is used solely to provide the analytics service to the site owner who installed the script. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build cross-site profiles.

Account data is used to operate your account, provide support, and send service communications.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication, Sydney), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider for application servers. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@annexglobalnetwork.com.

If you are a visitor to a website that uses Annexray, the site owner is the controller of that data — direct requests to them, and we will assist them in fulfilling it. Per-site privacy controls (Do-Not-Track, data masking, internal-traffic exclusion) are available to site owners in their settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
